When you use ReadMyDog, we collect the following information: • Videos you upload for analysis • Dog information you provide (breed, age, behavior description) • Email address (if you choose to provide it) • Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details) • Basic usage data (browser type, device, IP address)
We use your information to: • Analyze your dog's behavior using AI • Send you your analysis results and PDF reports • Send follow-up emails if you opted in • Improve our AI models and service quality • Process payments securely through Stripe
Videos you upload are stored securely and used solely for the purpose of AI analysis. Videos are automatically deleted after 7 days. We do not share your videos with third parties. Videos are processed by Google Gemini AI under their privacy terms.
If you provide your email address, you may receive: • Your analysis summary (immediately) • A 7-day follow-up check-in • Breed-specific health tips (if opted in) You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: • Stripe (payment processing) • Google Gemini AI (video analysis) • Supabase (secure data storage) • Resend (email delivery) All third parties are bound by their own privacy policies.
